If the winner's wedding takes place outside of Springfield, IL, the winner is responsible for covering all travel and or lodging expenses. Acceptance of the prize grants CJ Waters Films permission to use the winner's name, likeness, image, and entry for advertising, promotions and trade purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or consent unless prohibited by law.
Notification of Winner & Acceptance of Prize
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry submission & posted on all CJ Waters Films' official social media pages. CJ Waters Films shall not be held responsible if, for any reason, the winner fails to receive the notification of their victory. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, incorrect or non-functioning contact details provided during entry submission, or issues with winnerās email.
